Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's see if we can do 200.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 200 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Gonna try, these tend to hurt my shoulder a bit, but I think if I spread them out enough it should be fine.0

thats ne done! found them more difficult to do today as my left wrist was hurting ..but thats them done...0

Okay since I know i wouldn't be able to these for real. I did 200 of them while in the pool i got a good burn on my triceps in doing them though and i believe that is the point.0

Was able to do about 120 total. Shoulder was just not having it yesterday.0
