As the title says what's your goal for the week?
Mine are to eat all my cals with healthy food and to drink more water.
Come back at the end of the week and see how we al got on!

Mine is to workout 6 days this week. And to not become an eating machine once the weekend hits! Stay healthy all week!0

My goal is to start eating ALL the calories I should be eating in a given day [net]-- and also to eat out less! Save some more $$!!0

One of my goals for this week is to keep my carbs low, with a high of 175.
Second, is to continue to work out 6 days, 90 minutes, cardio/strength/Abs

no stress for 2 weeks probably gain all my loss back but to enjoy our FIRST vacation EVER with no kids going to DC/ VA/ MD even on our wedding we had 2 kids with us.0

Well i've been away from MFP for about 6 or so months before the last week, got back into my stride with fitness and diet but didn't see any chance on the scales at the end of the week, despite maximum effort.
So, this week my goal is to simply start to lose weight again. Lol, 1lb will do!0 -
To eat a NET of 1200 cals a day and exercise as much as possible so I can eat more basically! Trying to keep this up until I go on hols in less than 3 weeks :glasses:0

To lose 2 more lbs this week, and to push up 90lb dumbells in my flat bench this coming Thursday morning.0

- Really stay at my calorie goal. Be within 100-150cal every day this week.

my goal is to drink at least 8 cups of water a day, lower carbohydrates after noon each day, and pick up the protein/veggies in the evenings. We shall see.0

1) Wake up early to exercise before work at least twice (preparing my body for the school semester that starts soon, when I will have to do this DAILY again, sigh)
2) Eat only up to 2000 calories from sources that aren't whole foods
3) Exercise 5 days

My goal for the week is to lose 2lbs, work out every day in the morning with 30 day shred (as soon as I get it), and go to the gym 6 nights in a row. GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK EVERYONE!0

My goal is to drink more water and work out at least 6 times this week for an hour and a half using my wii fit plus activities and Leslie Sansone's 1-5 mile walk.0

To add three days of resistance training to my four days of running.0

x3 30 minute cardio and to hopefully weigh the same on weigh-in day as I did this morning!

Add in 3 days of cardio. (my nearly 4 yr old loves to join in with me)
LOG LOG LOG LOG my food, water and my glucose numbers. I promised my doc I would log my glucose numbers for a month.0
