I have it on now, but 1 day it took my calories down to 800 for daily intake after exercising for 4 hours! what have some of you experienced? Do you like it or not and why.
Thanks!!

Why are you exercising for 4 hours? What kind of exercise and how often do you do that?

Not sure why you wouldn't fuel 4 hour of exercise.

That would be the same as just eating 800 calories...not remotely healthy

Are you looking at net calories? Because that's what is supposed to happen.

I wouldn't log the cleaning personally. Maybe just eat back the circuit training calories and be mindful of the amount given. Some people find the number given is too high.

Are you using a FitBit or other activity tracker synced with MFP? If so it provides an estimate of your calories burned from exercise and other activity and MFP adjusts the amount of cals you should intake that day accordingly.
