Low carb but going over on fat goal

Hi everyone. I’m on a low carb diet but seem to be going over on my fat allocation everyday. Any health experts/personal trainers able to advise whether this is ok ? Thanks in advance. Carly

If you aren't filling your calories with carbs, you have to get calories from somewhere - protein and fat are your only other options. Higher fat is the way most people go..

You don't have to be a PT or nutritionist to answer this, fifth grade math is sufficient: If you're eating low carb, you're supposed to eat high fat. If you're not exceeding your calorie allowance, and especially if you're happy and satisfied, you're doing fine.

Oh, and don't go on a diet. Just eat enough, but not too much. Going on diets sounds so fun and easy, but it really isn't, because the ultimate decision of what and how much to eat, is up to you.
