OMG! Started weight loss again in October. Lost 6 kilos by January. January to June I have lost 2 kilos. Motivation is slowly depleting. I think I'll be stuck on 78 kilos forever......😯

Do you use a food scale?

Do you eat back exercise calories?

    How tall are you?

173cm. I have a PT once a week. Do exercise at least 3 days a week and calorie count to 1600 a day.

As for exercise calories, if you are eating them back, they could be overestimated. Most exercise trackers, including this site, credit WAY too many calories for exercise. Try eating only 50% of them back.

Also, you're pretty tall and not that heavy. The less weight you have to lose, the slower it's going to go and the less room you have for error. Hence the food scale.
