    Happy Saturday, everyone!

    Checking in a day early, to end the month. Saw another new daily low of 202.8 this week, and haven't gone over 203.4. I am happy with that.

    For me, anything over a pound lost in a month is a good month, so I am pleased with my progress.

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

    Weekly averages:

    May 28th to June 3rd: 204.4
    June 4th to June 10th: 203.5
    June 11th to June 17th: 204.1 I am going the wrong way!
    June 18th to June 24th: 203.5
    June 23rd to June 30th: 203.2

    Loss for June: 1.2 lbs.

    MFP Loss: 29.8 bs.

    Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 39.8 lbs.

    06/11 - 141.6 at 6:00 a.m.
    06/18 - 142.8 at 5:00 a.m. Father's Day yesterday...bwahahah!
    06/25 - 140.6 at 5:00 a.m. bwahahah!
    06/30 - 140.4 at 5:00 a.m.

    Total loss in June - -2.0 lbs!!

    Ultimate goal - 132

    31st May: 141.9 (weigh in day Thursday)
    7th June: 139.9 - 2lb down, yay!
    14th June: 139.5 - 0.4lb - not as much as I'd like, but still a scale victory! :)
    21st June: 138.7 - 0.8lb down :)
    28th June: 139.5 - up 0.8lb - easy come easy go!

    Total loss in June: 2.4lb - not 5lb, but better than some months!

    May try to squeeze in another weigh in....

    30th June 139.1 - down 0.4lb

    Total loss in June 2.8lb - still not 5lb but better than 2.8lb up!

    I am in again this month, just a little short last month , will be trying harder this month.

    June's starting weight is 204.2
    Junes's goal weight is 198
    June's 30th's weight is 198--Did it

    June 10 - 126.6 lbs (at least it didn’t go up, but i’m bummed it didn’t go down!)
    June 17 - 125.4 lbs
    June 24 - 127.8 lbs (wtf happened?!)
    June 30 - 125.8 lbs

    Total loss for June - not even a whole pound.

    Not as good as I would of hoped but I will take it. Still a loss that's trending down. On to July! Congratulations to everyone!!!

    I felt really great in June. Feels and looks like my body made a whoosh! I'll be weighing in about less than 2 weeks. I can't wait to see the results of June. I worked really hard!

    June 2nd: 198.2 (lowest 193.6)
    Next weigh-in: July 11th or 15th....
