Thanks! I've done spinning, running [HIIT], & swimming for cardio. For strength exercises, I've relied a lot on my local gym's Aerobic weight training classes.

Thank you! I basically walk my *kitten* off LOL
I go for a 90 min walk in the am with my baby girl in the stroller, we live in Germany so there are lots of great paths to walk through in the woods. In the evening when hubby gets home i usually go for a fast walk/jog
I recently started going to a spinning class at our gym just to change things up again.

Good luck with your weight loss!

I've not tracked my total weight loss on my, MFP ticker. But starting weight was: 84kgs(185lbs). I am currently 59.5kgs(131lbs). My goal is 55kgs(121lbs) and I have lost to date: 24.5kgs(54lbs).

The weight loss has been over 18 months. But only started tracking and such about 4 months ago.

I've just been eating healthy and exercising to lose weight.
  • bump....

I'm a 5'1 and 3 qrts..hehehe, but I just restarted my journey a month ago. I have lost 11lbs and 12 inches from head to toe. I started @ 179 and all my measurements were in the 40's, well not my arms and legs, but my core was THICK! Now my top and mid sections are back in the 30's and only my hips are int he 40's. I think I will post a before and after once I hit my 2 month mark.

    Bump

Im only 5'1" so its lovely to see all your results
  • @mrsweighl- that's awesome, I've always thought that walking doesnt do much difference, but you've proved me wrong! When I first started, I jumped right into the group fitness classes there is at my local gym...& of course I ended up sore for a week & took about 3 days off. I'm one of those impatient women, I'd LOVE to see the numbers drop quickly. Now, I've learned my lesson...or became more aware of how things work as far as losiing weight, becoming fit, & most importantly eating healthy! Well good luck with your weight loss as well...spinning is fun BUT I will recommend you start off at beginner level as it is VERY difficult.

@escadachic- you look fabulous! I see you totally lost your baby belly, good for you! How long ago did you have your baby?

@wildone31- I can understand that whole hip thing...my hips aren't my best friends right now..but as long as my upper body isn't bigger than my lower, I'll be happy. That's actually what I'm worried about..but hopefully as the numbers drop, I'll be able to tell how my body will look. I'm actually 15lbs away from my high school weight...& I've never really been lower than that, so I'm definitely curious to see how my body will change once I hit goal. Good luck with your weight loss!
  • ClaudaiV05 trust me, your going to continue to look great just smaller! I have been to my promise land (hight school weigth & smaller)a few times. I use to have a 26 in waist, but I got a bit depressed and let it go. Now I must, MUST get it back! After all I still have all those cloths and they are all timeless pieces. I'm so over people wearing pants, tops and dresses that I already have and adore. I want to wear mine too! lol
