Trying to beat this weight

I have lost 51 pounds with 50 more to go. I have reached a plateau and trying to motivate myself to move and workout. Really need help to get going

    If you have a routine eating schedule and foods. Try changing them up for about a week. It's like your body has gotten bored and you need to wake it back up. I.e. Breakfast:oatmeal and fruit
    Lunch: tuna on lettuce
    Dinner: salmon and veg

    New: breakfast: egg and turkey sausage
    Lunch: chicken salad
    Dinner: chicken cacciatore no pasta.

    How long since you lost any weight?

    How are you measuring your calorie intake?

    Have you reviewed your calorie allowance at all during the process?

    Have you taken a diet break at all?
