Really well done. You look great. This is mine, started at 16 stone and down to just over 13st now.

Sadly, since April I have been very depressed and dealing with health issues and I have gained weight back and I am back for more motivation and Love and support!

Keto Diet. Started May 13th 2018. Lost over 18 lbs of Body Fat Mass and 6.6% Body Fat.28 -

half a year, and half way to my goal (apologies for my ugly workout clothes in my old photo)

5’6” 153 to 136 ... Slowly came off (6-7 months) I was going for losing a 1/2 lb. to a pound a week with setbacks. I haven’t been weight lifting, just calorie restriction, some cardio, oh and less Coronas 🤪.19 -

Trying on cloths 2 weeks ago. Not only was it fun, but I take a small shirt now (at this store anyway)!0

Lost 40 pounds of fat, put back on 20 pounds of muscle and just dipped below 10% body fat. It is a daily challenge but now you am so addicted to it. Don't post much but get motivated by you all.13 -
