Best macro foods and where to find them

Was having massive trouble finding low-sodium healthy foods for purchase.

That's really generic. How about "fruits and vegetables, lean meats and dairy"?2 -
Pretty much anything that isn't packaged is going to be low sodium - namely fresh fruits, veggies, meats, fish.....these things can be found by shopping the outer aisles of any grocery store.
FYI Sodium isn't bad for you, and is actually a very important part of a healthy, well balanced diet (pre-existing medical conditions like hypertension aside).0 -

I wouldn't exactly call sparkling water a "macro food," considering it has no protein, no fat, and no carbs. It does pair nicely with some distilled spirits, which would get you the fourth macro -- alcohol.
Almost all whole foods are going to have low levels of sodium.

Why are you concerned with sodium? Do you have a diagnosed health issue? I'm not asking what it is (if there is one) but sodium is a necessary electrolyte. I agree with all the above, your best bet is low-processed foods. Check the labels.
Bread and wheat products have a lot of sodium. So do canned or jarred vegetables and sauces. Use fresh produce as much as possible, go easy on the cheeses and condiments like hot sauce or soy or stir fry sauces.0
