Steam it or poach it.0

We had flounder fillets tonight for dinner. We bake them on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam then sprinkle the fillets with cajun seasoning. Bake around 10 to 15 minutes. Kids love them.0

We also bake ours, spray pam on bottom of pan and then spritz them with lemon...tates GREAT! It is also a healthy way to make them.
You can also do on the grill, but I recommend putting down tin foil first because flounder sometimes falls apart.
We had flounder just last night for dinner, was YUMMMY!

Fish Tacos.
Get Fresh tomatoes or I can of dice tomatoes.
Half Onion
1 clove garlic
oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Sautee the onions, garlic in olive oil then add the tomatoes. Once it boils add the cut of fish and add the spices. It is done.0 -
Mix Real Crab Meat (Lump or Claw) and shredded Spinach.
Season Flounder and crab mixture with cajun or any spice you like
Lay the Flounder on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
Spread the Crab Meat and Spinach Mixture ont top of the fillets
Roll the Flounder and use tooth picks to hold the rolled fillet together and bake at about 400 for 15 minutes.0
