Not particularly creative, but clothes. Specifically clothes that fit properly. Worked wonders for me.2

maybe a manicure/pedicure or a massage?1

Jewelry, hair done, mani-pedi, new make-up, new book (if you like to read), concert and even taking the day off of work, if yah like.1

The most creative would imo be to stop expecting rewards for doing a small daily effort for your health.2

I work for rewards. I love the Weight Watchers stickers and the participant ribbons from races. My favourite reward is a signing up for a race.
Also consider bubble bath, a packet of seeds, a pat on the back, blogging your success, a "boast board" where you post ribbons or other evidence of milestones, or a scrapbook.1 -
I got a new fitness tracker when I got halfway to my goal weight. It really helped me step up the work for the second half too1

I have a list, lol. Increases with each step lost. Seems like a lot but when I get down to the lower weights, it's going to be much longer gaps between each five pounds. They're things I've been wanting but can't always justify getting.
180: Beauty Blender
175: Etude House Bubble Tea Sleeping Pack
170: Puppia Harness and Leash
165: Foaming Clay Mask
160: Spotify Subscription (1 Year)
155: Snuper Album
150: Recumbent Bike
145: Face Paint Book
140: Ears Pierced
135: V Live+ Subscription (1 Year)
130: Laser hair removal
125: New heeled and tall boots
120: Makeup shopping ($500 budget)
115: New purse/bag
110: Clothes shopping ($1500 budget)1 -
My next mini milestone is a "bunch of fresh flowers" for the dining table. I also use things like "foot massage" if I reach a step goal for example, or shoulder massage if I reach a swimming goal. (Eg 100k steps in one week = foot massage). I have tried to predict when I will need new clothes - I set these milestones as well. I guess I try to make the rewards match the achievement in some way if possible, but also throw in the occasional treat.
This whole journey is a way of really looking after yourself, so I do enjoy little rewards and treats along the way.0 -

I like using recovery rewards when in training - a massage if I hit a PR, etc. Recently I decided if I hit my goal PR before my meet that I could do a Cryotherapy session..it's scheduled for this Thursday and I'm beyond excited. If I win my meet, I get to order a Pioneer belt or buy some new work out gear.0
