I’m in! For the next 2 weeks I commit to staying within my 1200 calorie eating plan and keeping up with my daily fitness routine.2

This is my first time to fitness challenge 🙃
Goal is to -
Meditate for ~15 mins
Basic Yoga for ~15 mins
Workout in Gym for ~30 min with a mix of treadmill and weights!
All of that with a healthy eating
I hope I can stick to the plan 🙌1 -

6/26 - Stayed under my calorie goal.
6/27 - Stayed under calorie goal.
6/28 - Definitely under my calorie goal. On the other hand, still no exercise...1 -

Yes and yes for yesterday. I'm enjoying the water challenge it makes a difference and it's too easy not to drink enough here when it's cold.1 -
I'm here! My phone isn't letting me come to the community for some reason, but I'm on a laptop now! Still been sticking to my plan. @leanHelen Glad you're enjoying it! I know I definitely feel a major difference in how I feel and look when I'm drinking plenty of good water.

I want to lose 10 pounds over the next three months. To accomplish my goal I want to:
Cut back on alcohol to no more than one glass of wine every other day
Eat more fruits and veggies
Avoid eating high sodium food
