No sugar

I challenge you and myself to go one week without any sugar (excluding fruit) no juice, pop, candy, sweets or anything with processed sugar. Not even stevia. Trust me guys this is going to be extremely hard for me as I LOVE my Biggby coffee in the morning. But I want a better lifestyle. So plain green tea it is ☕️ who is taking on this challenge with me?Since Monday is usually tough on most people who work mon-fri I decided to make this a Tuesday challenge. So next Tuesday, be completely honest with yourself and write down exactly how you feel, and also measure yourself! Sugar is a nasty fat we tend to not think about often. So let’s make this week jump start our fitness lifestyle 💪🏽 who is joining?

    Haven’t had any sugar for 3 months already.. and been watching my carbs below 10g/day (keto).. my body felt so good!! Good luck to u!
