I want to join. I wish I had seen this sooner. I started my 30 day shred on Monday as well. I did level one Monday to Thursday and today completed level one with more ease then when I started so decided to do level 2.
Total loss so far is 5.3 pounds1 -

Day 1 Monday level 1 done
Day 2 Tuesday level 1 done
Wednesday didn't do it
Day 3 Thursday level 1 done
Day 4 Friday level 1 and 2 done
Day 5 Saturday level 1 and 2 done

No. I have the DVD set and there are no schedules. It's a go at your own pace sort of thing, after I felt like level 1 was getting easier I moved on to lvl 2. The only reason I do both is for the extra exercise and because I still not 100% on lvl 1, especially doing pushups the whole time. Don't worry your doing it right 😁1 -

Same, I just started again yesterday! I did this a couple years ago with good results, although I kept getting sick so that stalled progress. This time am hoping to mix in heavy lifting, so I might not be on the same timeline as everyone else.
Also, just a tip...replace Jillian with your own music after the first couple times of doing each level 😂0 -

Oh, since this is helpful for some people...
I'm 5'1", 34 years old, female
Starting weight: 120.4 lbs
Starting body fat %: 27% (or there abouts... it's using a scale, so probably not that accurate)
Goal weight: don't care
Goal bf%: 22% (or under, but would like to start there)
General goals are to lose inches, gain strength (need it for my job), lower heart rate, look great, generally be less of a bum on the couch.
Plan right now is to do 30 day shred every other day or so to get started since I'm familiar with it, then add in heavy lifting about 3x per week.
