    * Seafood Surprise * Pescatarian recipe

o:) ingredients: 4 ears of corn, 4 oz bag of jumbo peeled and devined shrimp, pesto basil, 6 oz of red potatoes, butter and black pepper and salt

(I like to sautee my shrimp instead of boiling it)

    Cut the potatoes in half

    Cut the corn into sixths

Place the corn in a pot along with the potatoes and let it boil for about 30 minutes.

Drain the water and mix the pesto and butter together to make an amazing sauce
    -add black pepper and salt

Put the food in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the potatoes shrimp and corn
_ the sauce can be dipped as well

    Cover with aluminum foil

    Bake for 5 minutes

    Serve and enjoy

Hi. Great looking recipes! I'm a pescatarian and avoid gluten for medical reasons. How would I adapt your shrimp recipe? Looks delicious!🌞 Thanks.

thank you! this is a gluten free meal. The gluten found in the corn is a different form of gluten so it shouldn't upset your health.
