    Don't think it's necessarily a problem with MFP unless one of the two users becomes a problem or breaks code of conduct.

    Most forum software can track IP's and what accounts are tied to them. Because there really is no way to tell if it's one person, or many, that own the accounts most forums don't do anything about it until there's a problem with one of the accounts.
    At which point, they will ban the account. If other accounts with said IP becomes an issue, then they may ban one or two more before deciding they'll just do an IP ban. But, that is extreme measures since it impacts more than just the one computer. It could be a proxy system for multiple legitimate users. Also, IP's on the 'net can change for various reasons.
