Hi, I am not really new, but am unfortunately starting over (on week 2).

I am looking for new friends with similar goals.

I am 28 yo woman, 5'5, SW 176 lbs, CW 169 lbs GW 130 lbs. I only do CICO (no keto, "clean" eating, etc) and I am on 1350 calories a day.

Concentrating on diet ATM, no exercise.

Is anyone interested in being friends?

    Hey! We are kinda twins. My SW was 174, currently 166. Im 36 years old and my daily calories are 1350 also! No clean eating for me, my diary is all over the place. I am sending you a request ☺

    Not new either, starting this week to lose some stress weight. Currently 5'7" , 165. Just trying to hit some smaller goals this summer.

    5'4", SW 189, CW 151, GW 135. I'm 29. I eat 1500 (or under by 500+ calories) and exercise like a madwoman. I'm mostly vegetarian but not fussy and don't do diet crazes. Add me if you like.

    I was you when I started except I set my loss to 0.5lb per week so my calories never dipped quite so low. Towards the end I just ate around 1550 and shaved off what I could when I wasn't overly hungry.
