Exercise calories decreasing during the day

In order to meet a short term goal (class reunion), I've temporarily increased my weight loss goals in MFP to 2 lbs/week. Ever since I did, I've noticed that right after I work out in the morning, it will show that I have like 138 extra calories from exercise. (This information is syncing over from my FitBit.) By the end of the day, I'm down to 1 or just 0. I never had this happen when I was doing 1.5 lbs/week. I usually put all of my food for the day in first thing in the morning to see if I need to make any adjustments. This has resulted in me going over the last 2 days by 20 or 30 calories by the end of the day when my exercise calories go away. Granted, it's not much, but it's annoying. Is anyone else having this issue?

Increasing it to 2 lbs/week is hard enough to stick to the calorie limits. But with my "cushion" evaporating by the end of the day, it's making it even harder.

The adjustment you see under exercise is a result of Fitbit telling MFP how many calories you e burned at time of sync. Mfp then calculates how much you will burn by midnight based on what you've burned so far. It then subtracts the amount mfp considers your maintenance level. This is the adjustment. MFP will assume the same level of burn throughout the day. This is especially bad when you exercise early and are otherwise sedentary the rest of the day as your actual calorie burn won't be as high as MFP thought it would be.
This is why your calories are going down. You aren't as active the rest of the day so as you sync throughout the day, the numbers are catching up to what they should have been.

I hate that MFP does this so I ignore any exercise calories it gives me. I have turned off Negative Calorie Adjustment, I have put in that I was sedentary, but nothing keeps it from anticipating the calories I will burn in the future and then doing end of day subtractions it deems necessary.

Just give me what I ALREADY earned for goodness sake!

Just in unsync it then and add your exercise manually. Because thats what it does, how it works. I actually prefer it over the way Fitbit does the whole calorie thing on my food diary. I pre log my day and Fitbit will say I'm way over calories most of the day until it catches up.
