Add me i need some frends for motivation .i jst strted my waight loos journey .i fill its realy tuff for me everyday very hardly i am doing my workouts its killing me guys...plz help me

Try working out at a lower pace/intensity.
If doing a mile kills you, try doing 2/3th everyday. There’s no point in killing your motivation.1
