This afternoon I put one of the new muller light coconut and chocolate sprinkles in the freezer and I just ate it and it was delicious! It was in the freezer for about 3 hours so it was like soft serve ice cream. It had a really lovely taste and lasted longer than it usually would. I'll definitely be doing that again. Lovely desert for just 91 cals.

I just discovered that Charm's Blow Pops come in minis. They are perfect for a sweet treat and they are 8 calories per sucker. I have a sweet tooth so I gotta keep a little pure sugar in my diet. :P0
