Just started this past week low carb eating...20% Carb, 20% Protein and 60% Fat. Avoiding Dairy, Soy, Wheat, sugars substitutes and Corn. This app has been a huge help. Looking for support, recipe ideas and motivation. So far feeling great....more energy, less hunger and have lost 2 lbs. No down side.

I'm trying to keep my carbs under 100g per day. It seems to be working for me so far. Best wishes...Bob0

I am on keto. I only do 5% carbs, under 15.
Why are you avoiding dairy and natural sweeteners?1 -
I'm about 25 - 35 - 40...... got to get my protein.1

So far my favorite keto meal is taco meat, shredded cheese, sour cream and hot sauce on shredded lettuce. I skip the tomatoes. Getting tired of eggs with cheese.0
