Help me estimate a burn

I climbed a hill today. For the uphill part I walked up 6000 steps which on a levelled terrain is 200cals for me.
In this case it was climbing rocks and the elevation was roughly from from 300 to 1400 feet (i.e. 1100 feet).
How many calories do you think I should add to these 200 for the climbing?

Rock climbing? If you know the amount of time it took, this calculator might be able to help: https://captaincalculator.com/health/calorie/calories-burned-rock-climbing-calculator/.0

Thanks, sadly I can't estimate the time as I was taking rests but I'll keep the link for the future, seems useful.0
