Tough day but Im glad its almost over. I tried all kinds of intense diets and trainings in the past few years and I only made things worse. This time I'm trying to be patient and do it over one year. Clearly I need to put some work into it..many habits I need to put aside.
I have 35pounds to lose at least. I hope im being realistic!

I’m also at the beginning of a one-year journey with quite a lot of weight to lose. Like you, I want to take a realistic approach, going slowly so as to make it a more permanent change. Good luck to us!1
