Overrated. Possible beneficial under very specific circumstances for a very specific group of people, but by in large, overrated and unnecessary.4

Opinion....
Just the latest in a long line of fashion accessories and an inferior choice compared to whey protein (which is 25% BCAAs anyway).

I think they're great! I get mine from milk.4

Yes - I find they really reduce discomfort from overuse - I am down 1 day instead of 4 - I add them to my smoothies when I need them3

Not necessary, you'll get all your BCAAs from your diet. Just overhyped currently by Instagram fitness models offering promo codes.2

I've taken them for years. I take Universal Nutrition Uni-Liver 4 tablets before and after workout. Once had the gym owner come up and ask us why no one had told her about them before the help give you that little extra you need to make it through a tough workout.3

I workout in a fasted state 5 mornings a week and have found them to be helpful.0
