Intro from Bipolar Crazy Cat Lady

First time doing this, just want to say “Hello” and “WTG” to everyone here that is striving for a healthier you! I am a CNA who doesn’t let Bipolar Disorder give the excuses! In past, if something were to benefit others or were required to achieve something big (like rank of First Degree Black Belt in TKD ;) I would do it. That being said, if it’s strictly to take care of myself-something to benefit self....yeah...herein lies the struggle. No excuses. Met with Nutritionist for the first time Wednesday! She adjusted some things in MyFitnessPal goals for me including a 1,400 calorie diet. And I’m doing it!! It’s been a week! I weigh myself at work (work in hospital) tomorrow, excited to see where I am at. As of last Sunday, I was 4.42 lbs down!! My beginning wt was 211. Sorry if this is too long a thread for intro. Keep fighting the good fight and God Bless!!
