i'm happy to say that i'm finally ready to lose this weight !!! So far MFP has been a wonderful start.Just knowing i'm not alone in this battle is keeping me focused ! i hope to get to know all of you and help support you all too. :happy:

    Good luck. I just joined recently too, but have been trying to lose weight since New Year's. So far, I've done okay on my own (10 lbs), but this site is really great and makes me keep track of what I'm eating and what I'm doing to lose the weight. I think this site is a great place to start. I wish I had found it sooner. :happy:

    Hi, I am like you ready to lose my weight and just started on this site. So good luck on your journey, I will be watching your progress along with mine. I think this site will help us at least keeping track of our food intake and exercise.:drinker:
