Hi Everyone!

My name is Shannon and I’m just getting back into working out. I was playing soccer for the past 18 years of my life and I do not play anymore because I just graduated from college. I am looking to lose weight but also tone my muscles back again. I am at 155 but my goal weight would want to be around 135. If anyone has any tips or favorite healthy meals to eat and how to stick to it, let me know!

    Hi Shannon! I'm literally in the same position as you except I'm 5'7 and 125. My goal weight is also 135! I started doing a bunch of squats and leg exercises - they definitely help.
