My scale finally moved!!! I had been stuck for 8 weeks and the last few days it has dropped a little each day So happy! And it seems the trick was eating MORE calories!!! I changed my goals on here to lost 1 lb a week and gained over 400 cal a day, been eating most of it and started losing!! YIPPEE!!0 -
