How come there isn't any calories burnt on my exercise log when entering the strength training exercises? I know I've burnt some calories as the DVD's I use indicate the approx. amount burnt with the exercises. Just wondering?? :drinker:

in cardio there is an option for strength training. I don't use it honestly because unless you're using a HRM it's really not accurate.0

That bothers me, too. I've talked to some people--trainers--about what I'm probably burning during an average workout. I then add some additional cardio minutes for the treadmill. However, I don't enter as many as the trainers estimate because I really think MFP overestimates the calories I'm burning on the elliptical, and I don't want to give myself credit for more than I've really earned.0
