    I didn't say it's embarrassing it's traumatizing for bystanders. The poor innocent bystanders who years later remember getting a poke from a friend while on the mats and throwing up a little in my mouth

    Safe! Windows face back yard, and a nice solid brick wall behind that. ;)

    The neighbour would need to scale a 6' fence and be crawling around the rosebushes to see in those windows. I wouldn't put it past him, he's that kinda creepy, but he sure doesn't get up at 5:30 AM.

    J/k do what you want and what makes you comfortable. Personally, I don't mind going commando or braless, so eh. Just make sure you wear the appropriate clothing for occasions when you don't want to wear one, the other or both.

    Saves on embarrassment.

    P.S. As to the discharge issue.. that's what washing machines are for. ;)
