Hi there! I'm a 36 year old guy in the Pacific Northwest. I've always had a weight problem since a young age. I grew up on a farm, so I did pack on some muscle at an early age, but my desk job currently makes me sedentary most of the day. My coworker told me about this place and convinced me to sign up. So, here I be.

I'm about 5'6", 190-something pounds, and I would like to get down to about 150. I like to road cycle and lift weights.

I'm looking to add some inspirational ladies and gentlemen to my friends list. Let's smash our goals!
