After coming off recovering from a bad accident and not being able to exercise for a long time. I am getting back on Track. Support would be appreciated and I will do the same. Let’s make this a life style 💪🏾

    Well I first have to lose roughly 100 pounds, no easy task. Clean diet, cardio and weight training. One day at a time.
