I have been told by my PT to do pelvic tilts and other bridges to strengthen my core but I get lots of lower back and sciatica pain. Any help appreciated. Thxs.

Pilates apparatus training. Even working on the mat can be a killer ab workout. I thought it was wimpy until I tried it myself. It will help with your back pain too.2

Tell your PT, so they can adjust their prescription. They might refer you to a specialist. Following advice from random people could make your situation worse.

Yoga. Mobility training. Compound Movement Weight Lifting and Walking. Learn how to move and stand properly. That will do more for you than any exercise.1
