Just started this last night and couldn't believe how much it kicked my butt. I Burned almost 300 calories in under 30 minutes. Is anybody else doing this and how are you finding it.

Not atm but I have done in the past. I've been considering picking it back up again though as you're right, it's a hell of a work out. Also helps a ton with flexibility1
