When cooking, what are you staple ingredients?
I'm a simple man, pink himalayan salt, garlic granules and paprika are my musts 😁

Sautéed peppers, onions and/or mushrooms are a big part of my meals.2 -
Salt, pepper, garlic, and onions go in almost anything. I use a lot of paprika too.
I cook a lot of Persian food so use turmeric and saffron.
For italian, I use basil and oregano.0 -
Seasonings are smoked salt, fresh ground black pepper, Penzey's toasted garlic and Trader Joes, Everything but the bagel seasoning. Right now I have fresh oregano, and basil growing in pots on my deck, so I am using a lot of these fresh herbs.
I always have boneless skinless fresh (never frozen, too much sodium added) chicken breasts, Greek yogurt and Romaine lettuce, eggs, plain Cheerios on hand for food staples.1 -
onions, mushrooms, courgette and red pepper! Can do anything with them as long as I have my spice rack❤️2

I have my own seasoning mix, can't tell you what is in it until I am making it, basil, oregano, parsley, theme, and some others. Now that the summer is hear I usually use fresh herbs from my garden.
I like lemon-pepper powder, garlic and onion.
And I have been using Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel now and again.

Onions, bell peppers, chicken, garlic, salsa, and the whole spice rack (as Georgie mentioned above).1

Here are my main spices. I have more in three other places, lol. What's labeled "white pepper" is actually a blend of white, black, and pink peppercorns that I buy in bulk and grind.

As far as vinegars go, I have ACV, balsamic, red wine, and rice.0 -
Balsamic, Worcestershire, rice wine (not vinegar) and my tower of herbs. I use a lot of spicy brown mustard also, especially in basic pasta dishes and sauteed vegetables.0
