When cooking, what are you staple ingredients?

I'm a simple man, pink himalayan salt, garlic granules and paprika are my musts 😁

    Seasoning, usually Mrs Dash.

Sautéed peppers, onions and/or mushrooms are a big part of my meals.

Salt, pepper, garlic, and onions go in almost anything. I use a lot of paprika too.

I cook a lot of Persian food so use turmeric and saffron.

For italian, I use basil and oregano.

Seasonings are smoked salt, fresh ground black pepper, Penzey's toasted garlic and Trader Joes, Everything but the bagel seasoning. Right now I have fresh oregano, and basil growing in pots on my deck, so I am using a lot of these fresh herbs.
I always have boneless skinless fresh (never frozen, too much sodium added) chicken breasts, Greek yogurt and Romaine lettuce, eggs, plain Cheerios on hand for food staples.

I have my own seasoning mix, can't tell you what is in it until I am making it, basil, oregano, parsley, theme, and some others. Now that the summer is hear I usually use fresh herbs from my garden.
I like lemon-pepper powder, garlic and onion.
And I have been using Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel now and again.

Here are my main spices. I have more in three other places, lol. What's labeled "white pepper" is actually a blend of white, black, and pink peppercorns that I buy in bulk and grind.

I use a LOT of balsamic.

As far as vinegars go, I have ACV, balsamic, red wine, and rice.

Balsamic, Worcestershire, rice wine (not vinegar) and my tower of herbs. I use a lot of spicy brown mustard also, especially in basic pasta dishes and sauteed vegetables.
