Theres only one way to lose weight. Eat less food.save money.lose weight.drink more water.its really simple.

    A consistent calorie deficit over time is the one and only thing you have to do to lose weight. As far as hydration is concerned, all water based fluids count. You don't have to get some arbitrary amount each day. You can use the color of your urine as a guide.

    Wow i didnt expect everyone to be mad at me.ive been overweight for over twenty years and ive had enough.im just trying to find a plan that works.i hope to find a plan this week and if it works ill let you know.
