Totally stunned there was loss. I almost didn't get on the scale this morning as I know I had not done well this week. My mornings usually got off to a great start eating wise and then I'd end up snacking and stop tracking calories. I went walking almost everyday last week but this week have only gotten in one day of walking so far. Maybe this will be enough motivation to try to get back on track as I had days this week where I was just like, well, I've lost a lot of weight so far, maybe I'll just try to stop here and be happy with it (and then I'd start snacking). I did try to still make healthy choices for snacking (sometimes) so maybe that helped. It's been a struggle trying to stay hydrated, some days weren't so good but some days were.2 -
Super happy with my result this week, but I have a challenging week ahead as I'm going out of town for work so will be eating out for all of my meals.

Can't make it out of the 170s. I can't say I've lost all my motivation but I just don't have enough of it to resist snacking during the day. It's too hot to go walking and that's really the only exercise I do. One day, I start off gung ho with a positive attitude and by the afternoon any motivation I had is gone. The next day I'm like, oh well, look at how far I've come, doesn't matter if I stay here (and then stuff my face). I'm thinking I really need to plan out my meals calorie wise. My daugther is really killing it, she's down to 118 from 206 and has really changed her eating habits and made it a lifestyle. I guess I'm not there yet. But like Tracie said, I try to remind myself how far I've come and that if that was possible, more is possible. I just wish I could pinpoint what it is that gives me that motivation and willpower that has gotten me this far.1 -
Pleased I didn't gain more, tbh. It was a struggle to eat healthy when I was eating out for lunches and dinners, and didn't have much input into the restaurant choices.
