OK. To start with, never playing sports has nothing to do with weight loss. Let that go.

Put your information into MFP - age, height, current weight, goal weight, activity level, number of kg. you want to lose per week (I suggest .5). Read through these threads to get some good advice on calories and nutrition.

Eat foods you like within your calorie and nutrition goals.

Relax :) Check in with the community when you get stuck!

You are currently right in the normal range for your height (BMI). Your goal is low-normal.

You might be happier building some muscle to give your body more definition, instead of trying to lose weight.

As for losing weight, all you have to do is eat fewer calories than you do now. You can figure out how many calories a day you are eating by logging all your meals for a week or so. I suggest you start by doing this, so you have a sense of how much you are eating every day.

This is one of the links included in the resource linked to you above: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach/p1

It's easily the best guide for belly fat on this site.

If you haven't yet, take some time to read the stickied posts at the top of each forum section. The "Most Helpful Posts (must reads)." They're marked as "must reads" for a reason and are absolutely the best way to get started.

First off I will start by saying there is no possible way to loose weight from just one certain area like you stomach or your butt or anything like that. If anyone tells you different they are feeding you a line of bull. You must achieve a calorie deficit whether that may be eating less or burning more. Each work. That is the only way to do it, if you however are trying to loose fast and also tone to get that beach body it is going to take work hard work and it won’t happen over night it may take a year or more. Just commit and be disciplined and you will succeed. You can do it! Feel free to add me if you would like. 😁

Hey unfortunately there is no way to lose weight in one area. Your weight and such seem very in the normal range. Is there a chance you could be bloated? This happens to me and I look like I'm about 9 months prego. You can try eating less salt and drink more water? If your stomach looks way out of proportion that is and it seems like the size always fluctuates dramatically. You can try toning exercise if it is actual weight to see if that helps. But other than that there isn't much you can do unfortunately.
