    you can find them used for pretty cheap. I have the charge HR 2 and really like it

    I think the only ones that are truly waterproof are the flex 2,ionic and the versa. the other ones are splash and rain proof.some companies will sell fitbits that they waterproofed themselves but dont know how reliable they are but they are pretty pricey. the 3 above say tou can swim and shower with them.

    I just bought the ionic and love it. I used to have the charge but wanted something waterproof.

    Buy used. I got my charge 2 for less than half price, and it was opened but never used.
