I'm making a group for those of us that were just too slow to make it into another group.
Here, we'll motivate, push, and comfort each other until we reach our goals! I'll look for about 10-20 or so members.
There will be weekly challenges and weigh-ins, and plus I'll make a spreadsheet!

Your challenges for week 1 are....
Exercise at least 6 days out of 7.
Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
Stay under on your calories at least 5 days out of 7.
Lose a pound or more!
