growlingatyou................................with a loss of 9lbs the last 2 weeks!
growlingatyou................................with a loss of 3.61% of her total weight over the last 2 weeks!

And congrats to EVERYONE who checked in for losing a combined 29.1lbs this WEEK and 77.9lbs for the challenge so far!

Hey at least I budged a few ounces from my plateau weight! I am starting to reconsider the decision to enter a group when I am stuck at a plateau. Oh well! Onwards and downwards!0 -

Hoping to have as good a week this week as last week, but as long as the scale keeps going in the right direction, I won't be diappointed if I don't see another 2 lb loss.
Cooking at home, getting in my workouts and drinking lots of watter continue to be my goals.0 -

            Thanks Rach and great job everyone! No thanks to me though as I've gained thanks to my birthday party weekend (last weekend).. Time to get my *kitten* in gear.
I've got a 5k Sept 10th and I'm retraining for that. So this weeks goals for me is to complete at least one 5k, 45min on the stairmaster/stepper, 2 Zumba classes, and do another round of c25k 3x this week.0 -

            Hey Rach thanks for still doing this! Sorry I forgot to weigh in this week, I have been having trouble with my scales so I'm not exactly sure what my weight is at the moment. Scales are giving me pretty diff readings each time :frown: Last weight (not sure how accurate) was 146.40

            Great Job Ladies!!! I am really shooting for a 1lb loss this week, gonna have to work hard and stick to a healthy eating plan over the weekend! I need to find some new recipes and health foods as I am starting to get tired of my usual grub....gotta mix it up a little I think. Everyone have a great week...see ya Monday!!!0

My youngest's first birthday is coming up in a few weeks and it was my goal to be at pre-pregnancy weight by then. That is the goal I give myself to take off the ridiculous amount of weight my body gains when I am pregnant. (60 lbs both times)
My goal is to remain focused on that date and get as close as possible. I am about 13 pounds away, so, I don't want to be unrealistic. I am not going to suddenly start losing 4lbs per week. But I would like to reach it before the month of Sept. ends.0 -

            Thanks Rach. When people say the last 5lbs are the worst they're not kidding. GAH! This bites. I'm trying to be good but I keep slipping. Is it bad that I can't wait for the school year to start so I go back to a "normal" schedule?0
