I put mine under cardio. I wear my HRM (heart rate monitor with chest strap) so that I will know how many calories I burned. Hope this helps! :flowerforyou:0

I dont really think that there is one. The only accurate was is using a heart rate monitor.0

I find that "Circuit Training" under cardio is very close to what my HRM with FirstBeat athlete software calculate for a given P90X strength session, as long as I "bring it".
I've never looked for an analog to plyo-x, yoga-x, kenpo-x, or core synergistics (I always use my HRM for those) so I can't offer any suggestions there, but for the others, "Circuit Training" is usually within 10% of what my HRM says.0 -
Thanks everyone.. i guess ill put it under circuit or cardio.. i dont have a heart rate monitor at the moment =/0

Heart monitor is soo important. It's the only way to quantify if you're really at your target and not just tired from lack of food, sleep or energy!0
