I am looking for friends on here and any good workout advice on the said subject above feel free to shoot me an email on here and add me. I am also living in Iowa City. Any food recommendation ideas for extra protein to build Muscle is also welcomed (:

    You get more defined abs by losing fat, generally from being in a calorie deficit (or depending on your stats, eating at maintenance and doing recomp may be possible)

    Protein doesn't build muscle. Eating in a calorie surplus and following a progressive lifting program will help build muscle.
