Hi,
i checked my body weight today and my body fat mass. so my body weight is lower than before BUT body fat mass is higher. What that means? please help... im a bit confused 😪

Absolutely nothing being one point of reference. Depending on how you calculated it body fat percentage readings are fairly inaccurate.1

Hydration plays a huge role on readings and those machines are somewhat inaccurate.0

It means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. Those machines have a margin of error, so the reading might be wrong. As L1zardQueen mentioned, they are influenced by hydration, so how much you've been drinking, if you were sweating a lot during your workout, etc.
