My Doctor recommended this app.. giving it a try. Excited and hoping to stay optimistic through this journey. Any good tips, supplements..anyone try the keto diet?

    You have to approach thing more seriously if you want success. Weightloss happens over time when you consistently eat less/move more. MFP just offers a set of tools, you do the real work. There are no supplements that work, and tips are useless unless you've read and understood the manual (see above), and tips and particular diets are good only if they are good for you.

    Half the battle is being here, the other half is staying, the last half is working a plan that’s works for you.

    P. S. I’m not a mathematician. Just a chunky chick trying to get healthier and encourage folks along the way.
