I hate to even ask this question because i feel that i should already know the answer, but on the food diary at the bottom where you input your water intake, does it mean 8 measured cups? i have been entering how many water bottles i am drinking but still way under, but i drink alot. hope someone can clear this up for me.

I consider a cup of water 8 oz. so a water bottle would be about 2 cups0

A cup is 8 ounces. Normal size water bottle is 16.9 oz .
I add 2 cups for every bottle I drink.0 -
