I’m 9 stone at the minute an I know some of yous will think ew why are you here but I’m struggling to make fulfilling meals without starving. All the stuff I thought was healthy I put into here an it was SO MUCH saturated fat I nearly DIED ya’ll! :#
I’m 26 and would love to speak to anyone who can give me some ideas and some moto and of course I will help motivate you too!
I go the gym a lot aswell but I have to leave sometimes because I can’t workout through hunger :/

Any help is much appreciated <3<3
Thanks guys
Katie

To lose weight, you just have to be in a consistent calorie deficit. Should you lose weight - how tall are you?

Feeling hungry when you're well nourished is not the same as not being able to work out because of hunger. So are you eating enough? Fulfilling meals do not leave you starving. Saturated fat is not the devil.

I’m only about 5ft 3 I’m a short stick :D I’m trying to lose a stone. People keep saying to me maybe this is what you’re meant to be but if you know you can lose a stone an feel better then it’s possible right? 9 stone is 126 pounds 😊 I want to be able to make healthy meals that make me full where I do won’t to go the fridge and raid it (we’ve all been there 🤦🏼‍♀️) ha Thankyou everyone for helping it is appreciated xx

Maybe look into recomp, in the meantime you want a deficit of 0.5lb per week.

Of course you can lose a stone, you're at a healthy BMI now, and will still be at a stone lighter; but 1) will it make you feel better, and 2) is it worth the extra effort? The decision is yours, nobody can answer those questions for you. Just understand this: The lighter you get, the slower you can lose, and the more diligent you have to be, and the more effort you have to put in. Whether you'll think of it as "sacrifice", will depend on you, your attitude and your approach.

A healthy meal is made up of foods from several food groups, and a healthy diet has foods from all the food groups every day. Satiety is individual, subjective, habitual and situational. Hunger and cravings is not the same. So you see you have a bit of experimenting and introspection to look forward to.
