Three things to think about...
1) is your calorie allowance correct? Is it putting you at an overall deficit?
2) are you weighing yourself at similar times. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day
3) are you logging your calories accurately? Remembering calories from beverages, cooking oils, snacks? Etc.
Don’t stress about it too much! Everyday is a new day!0
