How accurate is the food app? Like logging your food? I used to do weight watchers.

On the whole, I find it to be very accurate. Are there faulty entries? For sure. But the vast majority are correct, as long as I use the slightest bit of common sense which picking which item to log (i.e. not the "net carbs" entry if I care about all carbs).

The app or the database? Two very different things!
The database has loads of inaccurate entries so choose carefully.

pretty accurate. If there are multiple entries for something with differing calorie counts (a more "raw" item, like a vegetable or meat or something) I will sometimes google it. With packaged foods I check the nutrition label to make sure it matches what's in the mfp database. I know a few months ago I took some survey put on by MFP and they said they were going to work on cleaning up the food database, but I'm not sure if that's still happening
